DRIVERS

Our machine tools are powered by Schneider AC servo motors with high resolution and power, which ensures appropriate acceleration and speed in individual directions. The drive is transferred through high-class planetary gears. Classic and proven helical slats work in the X and Y axes, which ensure high durability and precision.

HEAD

In our plasmas, we use components from the leading manufacturers. The technologies used in the torch significantly increase productivity and cutting speed. XD technology provides better hole quality, higher pierce performance and beveling capabilities. This guarantees high quality, repeatability of cutting and maximizing productivity with minimal operating costs and reliability.

TABLE

The knife table is made in work-resistant technology

at elevated temperature. This allows us to work continuously without worrying about the occurrence of burns preventing the even arrangement of the material on the work table. The arrangement of the shears can be easily changed depending on the size of the fired elements. The knife table is a great solution for cutting thicker materials.

SOFTWARE

The machine was equipped with CAD/CAM 2D Starfire software. Various functions are available to the user. the ability to import ready projects in vector formats: .dxf, .plt, .ai, .eps. The program provides fast and precise development of cut paths or the use of libraries of graphical parts (expandable), including commonly used basic machining parts. It is compatible with popular nesting software such as IBE and FASTCAM. The machine is controlled by a controller with its own processor and operating memory, which ensures stable and reliable operation. This controller has the function of returning to further operation after a power loss.

SAFETY

Optical gates - are used to increase the safety of operators and to avoid accidents that may result in loss of health or life. This device defines a danger zone in which the operator should not be while the machine is operating. When motion is detected, the gates automatically send a signal to the controller, which turns off the machine. In the Laser, they are located around the rear work table.

AUTOMATIC LUBRICATION

The equipment of the plasma cutter also includes an automatic lubrication system that minimizes the need for machine maintenance. The central lubrication system is a simple and functional device used to supply grease to places where elements of machines and devices come into contact.
