C-axis aggregates
As PGCNC offers CNC machines, we couldn't help but cater for our customers who want to squeeze the most out of the equipment they have.
In this category you will find units for the C axis or our customers can also use these units on 3 axis machines by ordering an additional flange.
Aggregate unit are ideally suited to being customised, therefore HITECO has designed the aggregate units so that they can be configured based on the customer's machine specifications, to provide all the most popular solutions on the market.
The aggregate units differ in term of their morphology: one output (ONE), two outputs(TWIN), etc..
Within each version there are 4 elements that can be used to identify the most suitable type of product:
- height of the aggregate unit: intended as the dimension between the HSK/ISO plane and the tool axis
- tool holder: interface between aggregate unit and tool;
- spindle interface: selection between HSK or ISO tool taper compatible with theelectrospindle (the HITECO ISO 30 coupling is compatible with HITECO and Hsdelectrospindles);
- reference or connection with C axis and tool changer reference (each machinemanufacturer has their own C axis and tool changer with specific references)
